Customer Service & Shipping


If you order before noon Central Time M-Th, we'll ship your order out the same day. Otherwise, it will go out the next business day. Everything you see on the site is in-stock (not ordered from a factory in China) in the USA, so you'll receive your items in a timely manner. 

We use USPS to ship all of our products to customers in the USA (international shipping is currently not available).

Orders over $50 ship for free.

Otherwise, how quickly you'll receive your order depends on the class of service you choose and how far you live from our factory in Central Texas. We tend to see most orders arriving in 2-3 days.

During the check-out process, you'll have the option of the following classes of service:  

  • Priority Express Mail
  • Priority Mail
  • First Class Mail

After you enter the shipping address, you'll see prices for your options along with estimates of how long it will take your order to arrive after we ship it.

Returns & Exchanges

We will accept returns on items within 30 days of the order date. If you need to return your order for whatever reason, please contact us with the following information: 

  1. Your Order Number
  2. The products you're returning
  3. The reason for your return
  4. If you want to exchange it, indicate what you'd like to replace it with (size and color). 

We'll then issue you a return authorization, which you should print out and include in the package when you return your item to us. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was when you received it. 

Once we receive your return and find it in satisfactory condition, we will either send you the new item in exchange or issue you a full refund, minus the shipping charge. 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
